The founder and owner of Koschkin Engineering GmbH, Dimitri Koschkin, has many years of practical experience in the development of electric drive systems. The founder’s career brings together deep technical expertise and a broad range of practical engineering experience:
Study of Electrical Engineering at Magdeburg University of Applied Sciences (until 2010), focusing on Electric Drive Systems, Automation Technology, and Electronics.
2011–2016: Electronic Design Engineer — Development of electronic circuits for brushless DC motors (BLDC), as well as encoder and sensor systems.
2016–2020: Application Engineer — Technical responsibility for the design of whole electric drive systems, especially for customized machinery constructions.
Since 2020: Electrical Engineering Development Engineer specializing in three-phase drives. Expert in winding design, production oversight, testing, and quality assurance of electric drives.
